Doug is our highly valued Consultant. With over twelve years experience as a Local Authority Tree Officer, Doug is hugely knowledgeable and provides a comprehensive service for clients who need advice around planning issues or the condition or safety of trees.
Darren
Health and Safety Manager - Climbing Arborist - Team leader
Darren joined us in 2005. As well as being a very competent climbing arborist, Darren is also our Health & Safety manager. His management and record keeping helps us maintain our high standards of safety.

Our longest-serving climbing Arborist and team leader, Chris has been with the company since 1999. A highly experienced member of the team, he is also the staff representative.

Mike
Arborist and Stump Grinding Operative
Mike has been with the company now for over fifteen years and carries out the majority of our stump grinding and Airspade excavation works. He also helps us maintain our vast array of machinery; a fantastic all-rounder.
Dave
Climbing Arborist - Team Leader
Dave, who joined us in 2008 is currently seconded as a Tree Officer to Exeter City Council and also manages a team dedicated to tree works in the city. Dave’s work ethic is a credit to the company.
Josh
Training Arborist
Josh chose us as his work placement whilst at school and has joined us permanently after gaining his National Certificate in Forestry and Arboriculture from Bicton College. He joined us in the summer of 2011 and has since shown a strong desire to learn and develop his skills.
Leo
Climbing Arborist
Leo joined us at the beginning of 2012. He has a lot of experience in woodland and countryside management and brings this knowledge to benefit the Exeter team.
Chris W
Fitter
Chris is our fleet manager and fitter. He joined us in 2008. Based at our Ipplepen depot, Chris keeps our fleet of trucks, hoists, chippers and vans on the move. Thankfully he is also a dab hand with a chainsaw, helping out the arborist teams as required.
Dan
Landscaping Manager
Dan currently manages our Grounds Maintenance and Landscaping division. Dan originally joined us in 2008 as part of our tree works division and is a truly multi-skilled member of our team.
Vanessa
Accounts Manager
Vanessa, who joined us in 2007, manages all of our accounting and financial data as well as handling client’s calls, preparing quotes and general administration.
Gill
Administration and HR Manager
Gill has been with us for over 15 years and deals with contract administration and tendering, as well as managing our human resource requirements.
